In addition to public biomarkers, we also attempted to screen novel putative biomarkers taking advantage of the unprecedented resolution of scRNA-seq technology and the largest collection of high-quality disease atlas data. The SCAN_scMarker module integrates scRNA-seq data sets of 16 common brain diseases including AD, ASD, and PD. Users only need to click on the corresponding disease tab on the module page to get a list of single-cell RNA sequencing data for the corresponding disease in the "data set" column. The list shows the brief information of the data set, and provides a "Detail" link to jump to the detailed information page. Besides the detailed information of the datasets, two available ShinyLink links "ShinyLinkDiz" and "ShinyLinkCK" were also provided for scRNA-seq data of disease tissue samples and normal control tissue samples, respectively. Finally, the UMAP diagram of the cell type, the expression of the gene in the disease state and the normal physiological state, and the violin diagram of the gene in various cell types were displayed at the bottom of the page.
