SCAN_bioMarker

Biomarkers are a class of differentially expressed biomolecules or clinical features in special states, which are of great significance in disease diagnosis and detection. The discovery of biomarkers is an important concern in the current study of the nervous system diseases. The SCAN_bioMarker module provides a variety of biomarkers for brain diseases and users can screen the biomarkers according to the five types of exosomes, proteins, metabolites, RNAs and others. It is worth mentioning that exosomes, which carry nucleic acids, proteins and play an important role in the communication between brain cells and the regulation of the course of brain diseases are also included in this module. Specific information about the biomarkers can be obtained by clicking on detail. Click on the corresponding tab to get the biomarker list in the "data set" column, which provides the disease type, molecular type, and data source of the biomarker. A "Detail" link is also provided.
