The differentiation process and regulatory mechanism of neural cell differentiation and lineage commitment have been a hotspot for years. The SCAN_Trajectory module provides an interactive page that reconstructs the differentiation process of neural cells based on gene expression data. Users only need to select species, tissues, and data sets in the "Data selection" column to obtain the corresponding analysis results and gene expression heat maps in the resultant column.
