SCAN_CellChat

As one of the most complex and important systems in organisms, the nervous system has a rich and accurate cell interaction system. The SCAN_CellChat module integrates the cell interaction network in the single-cell RNA sequencing data set of different species and provides a visualization tool for exploring inter-cellular communication mediated by ligands and receptors. The user can select the corresponding species, organization, and data set in the drop-down box popped in the "Dataset select" to obtain the data visualization results on the current page.
