The SCAN_StemCell module provides an interactive tool for cell stemness analysis and data visualization, which can help researchers find cells with differentiation potential in single-cell sequencing data sets and evaluate their differentiation potential. The SCAN_StemCell module integrates the single-cell data sets of different neural tissues from 40 species, aimed at helping users evaluate the differentiation potential of cells in neural tissues of different species. Users can select species, organizations, and data sets in the "Data selection" column to automatically complete data analysis and visualization on the page.
