SCAN_SingleR

For the widespread application of single-cell sequencing technology, how to annotate cells accurately and quickly is a big challenge. Most studies still use manual annotation mode, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. The SCAN_SingleR module use automatic cell annotation methods to annotate cells by comparing data with annotated reference data. Users only need to select the corresponding species after entering the e-mail address and upload the data set to initiate the annotation pipeline implemented on our computing server. Once finished, SCAN_SingleR will automatically send the corresponding analysis results to the user and the resultant annotation cell type identity will be displayed on the webpage simultaneously.
