SCAN_Regulators

Gene regulatory networks are important in development, differentiation and responding to environmental cues. The SCAN_Regulators module integrates the transcription factor regulatory networks in the single-cell RNA sequencing data sets of different species of the nervous system and provides an efficient visualization tool for data analysis and visualization. Users only need to select the species, tissues, data sets, and cell types of interest in the drop-down box of the "Dataset selection" column to obtain data visualization results on the current page.
