SCAN_Metabolism

The metabolic state of the nervous system is an important factor affecting the function of the nervous system. The SCAN_Metabolism module integrates data sets of different neural tissue metabolic characteristics and provides an easy-to-use interactive interface for data analysis and visualization. Users only need to select the species of interest in the selection box of "Dataset selection" and click the "Submit" button to see a list of available data sets on the page. The data set list provides brief information on the data set and provides four available links of "SCAN_Meta", "scMetabolism", "MEBOCOST" and "Detail" for data visualization and detailed information query. In total, three types of results were provided: the SCAN_Meta, scMetabolism, and MEBOCOST.
