SCAN_Landscape

The SCAN_Landscape module provides users with associated genes for 48 brain diseases in seven phenotypic categories: neurodegenerative, psychiatric, movement, developmental, brain Tumor, substance abuse, and brain-related (PMID: 37079537). The SCAN_Landscape page includes two panels: the "Disease Selection" panel and the "Landscape" panel. The diseases were summarized according to the phenotypic categories highlighted in different colors. Users can click the disease button of interest to obtain the molecular characteristics in the "Landscape" panel. In the "Landscape panel", six tabs (i.e., "Gene", "GO", "Pathway", "Gene family", "Drug", and "Disease"), were included for the functional annotation of disease-associated genes.
