SCAN_Evolution

In the process of species evolution, the brain, as the basis of higher organisms with complex behavioral abilities, is one of the organs with the largest interspecies difference. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct brain maps of different species. Therefore, to investigate the molecular evolution of homologous cell types among multiple species, we provide the SCAN_Evolution module for integrating cross-species brain cell atlas. Users can firstly choose the datasets from different articles by clicking folder-like icons in this page and then select the species you are interested in. The UMAP image, diagrams of cell number and gene number in each cell type will show up automatically.
