SCAN_DiseaseView

The SCAN_DiseaseView module shows scRNA-seq data sets of over 100 neurological diseases in 6 species (human, mouse, macaque, tree shrew and cynomolgus monkey), including AD, glioblastoma, Rett syndrome, anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis and HD, etc. Users are encouraged to select the species and diseases of interest in the drop-down box of "View disease cell atlas via hierarchical select", and then click the "Submit" button to open new function page providing a brief introduction to the disease and lists the available data sets. Additionally, a word cloud plot was provided to present the overall landscape of disease cell atlas, with each word linked to a webpage containing all data sets related to a specific neurological disease.
