ChIP-seq, also known as chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing, is a chromatin profiling technique for mapping the interaction between protein and DNA and transcription factors. ChIP-seq has enabled massively parallel sequencing to reveal a thorough insight into the gene regulation and biological pathways in neurological diseases. The SCAN_ChIP module provides the ChIP-seq data for humans and mice that allow users to freely explore the binding profiles and integrated analysis (motif enrichment, target prediction, GO, KEGG enrichment) of various transcription factors.
