SCAN_CellMarker

The neural system is composed of various cell types with distinct morphologies and molecular signatures. The SCAN_CellMarker module collected data sets of various types of neural cells in physiological states and pathological states of various neurological diseases, including glia, neurons, cycling cells, cycling progenitors endothelial, etc., and established an interactive tool for users to classify and query the biomarkers of these cells. The Custom_CellMarker section includes cell markers identified in this study.
