SCAN_Anatomy

The SCAN_Anatomy module provides scRNA-seq data sets and ST data sets of neural tissues from different brain regions of 12 species, which can help users explore the correlation between cell heterogeneity and functional diversity and anatomical location of the brains of different species. Users can directly select the species and brain regions of interest through the search box, and can also select the corresponding species and brain regions through the common name of the species in the page and the brain anatomy diagram. After selecting species and brain regions, users only need to click the "Single cell transcriptome" or "Transcriptome" or "Spatial Transcriptomics" button to screen out the corresponding types of transcriptome datasets. After filtering, users can directly see the summary information of the filtered data set in the module page. We also provide two available links "Link" and "Detail" in each data set information, which are used in the same way as SCAN_Species.
